Industrial Machine & Welding, Inc. is a full-service machine shop with a wide variety of machining capabilities. Our capabilities are enhanced by a good working relationship with other contractors inside and outside the state of North Carolina.
Our in-house capabilities include the ability to machine a wide variety of materials. From standard metals to the more exotic materials available in today's ever-changing markets, Industrial Machine & Welding, Inc. is a can-do company.
In our ever-expanding lathe department, we have the capacity to machine up to 24" OD and 80" in length. We can produce any finish required and hold tolerances within .0001! We employ the highest caliber machinist available and welcome any challenge.
Our milling department consists of the latest in 3-axis CNC and manual equipment. We offer all types of milling processes that include horizontal and vertical boring capabilities. Slotting, gear cutting, oblique angles, you name it - we at Industrial Machine will get the job done. We also offer OD, ID and surface grinding.
Do your specifications call for anodizing, hard or other special coatings? Do your specifications call for special heat-treating of materials? With our in-house heat treatment capabilities and a vast resource of outside vendors, we can meet any type of industrial coating and heat treating your company may require.
